Straumann eXclusive is a customer loyalty program focused on recognizing and rewarding our valued lab customers who are dedicated to growing their business with Straumann. Straumann eXclusive offers premium benefits to help enhance your business. This loyalty program has been designed to showcase the appreciation that Straumann has for all of our devoted lab customers.
How Does It Work?
It’s simple! The new Straumann eXclusive lab loyalty program will begin in 2024 and will run from year to year. Qualifications for the new program are based on calendar year January 1 through December 31, 2023 total net sales. There are 4 tiers in our lab loyalty program for which Straumann lab customers can now qualify. Below are the required annual purchase volumes needed for our new 4-tier program and are required to maintain membership status from year to year.
This new program’s benefits will go into effect in January 2024, and its benefits will be active for a full year. If your total net sales in 2023 qualify your business for one of Straumann’s new lab loyalty tiers, you will then have access to those benefits from January to December, 2024. Any benefits or services not utilized in the qualified program year cannot be carried over to the following year. A lab must be part of a qualifying business during that program year to enjoy that tier’s exclusive membership benefits and services, regardless of purchase volumes or affiliations during the previous calendar year.

Private Practice Qualifications:
Private practice qualification is based on January 1 through December 31, 2023, on total net sales of purchases. The purchase volumes above are required to maintain membership status from year to year. Any benefits or services not utilized in the Program Year may not be carried over to the following year. A lab business partner must be part of a qualifying practice during the Program Year to enjoy member benefits and services, regardless of purchase volumes or affiliations during the previous calendar year.
Dental Service Organization and Group Purchasing Organization Qualifications:
For Dental Service Organization and Group Purchasing Organization each practice location must meet the purchase requirements individually during the previous year to qualify for program membership and enjoy member benefits and services of the active program year. Any benefits or services not utilized in the Program Year may not be carried over to the following year. Purchase requirements are based on the net total sales of each individual practice location; from January 1 through December 31, 2023. The purchase volumes above are required to maintain membership status from year to year.
The terms and benefits identified here are current as of April 1, 2023. Straumann reserves the right to modify or cancel terms of membership or benefit program available through the program at any time and without notice. Straumann is not responsible for any claims or damages asserted by customers in reliance upon the terms and benefits of the program. The benefits of the program are subject to Federal and State law; including, but not limited to, the exclusion of select benefits and mandatory reporting.
Information on the Straumann eXclusive conference for labs will be shared throughout the year. Subject to State and Federal reporting laws and regulations (Sunshine Act). Not valid for MA and VT clinicians.
Straumann may decline to produce materials that do not comply with legal or regulatory requirements. For implants placed as of April 1, 2011, Straumann will replace any failed implant under the limited warranty provided that genuine Straumann products have been used to place and restore it.
